Matapos ang ilang araw na pananahimik ni Deniece Cornejo ay binasag na ang kanyang pananahik at nagsalita na hinggil sa disisyon ng supreme court na ibasura ang kanyang isinampang kaso laban kay Vhong Navaro.
Si Deniece ay nagsalita na nga at sabi niya sa kanyang text message ay, "I'm surprised and more traumatized. The CA. RTC, and MTC, took jurisdictions of the cases already and the cases are on trial already."
"What happened to our justice system under normal circumtnces" Ito ang mga sinabi ni Cornejo.
Sabi din ni Cornejo na magfi-file daw sila ng motion of reconsideration of the case. kaya naman hindi pa daw dito nag tatapos.
Saad niya, "A woman fought for her rights for 9 years and sefty and life, she mains serious and fair justice giving the evidence i presented and explained I was very consistent and honest."
"I'm hoping that we must understand the pain ang effect of trial publicity that brings to any young woman going to a hurible drug, rape experience, if wedont realize this early, our justice system will not be taken seriously."
Kaya naman mukhang hindi pa tapos ang laban dahil nga sa magpa-file pa umano ang kampo ni Cornejo ng Motion for reconsidation.
