Hindi man nasungkit ng actress na si Heaven Peralejo ang parangal bilang Best Actress sa naganap na Gabi ng Parangal sa Metro Manila Film Festival 2022, masaya pa rin si Heaven at nagpapasalamat dahil isa siya sa mga nominadong actress sa pamusong parangal.
“GRATEFUL is an understatement. Lord, You’ve been so great to me. To be even nominated as Best Actress in this year’s MMFF is already a big win for me especially as this is my first leading role in this kind of genre. My heart is so full,” pahayag ni Heaven sa kanyang Instagram post nitong December 28.
Bukod sa kanya nominado din sa pagiging “Best Actress” award sina Toni Gonzaga (My Teacher) at Ivana Alawi (Partners-in-Crime) habang si Nadine Lustre (Deleter) naman ang nagwagi.
Binati rin ni Heaven ang kanyang mga kasamahan sa Nananahimik ang Gabi na sina Ian Veneracion at Mon Confiado na nagwagi bilang Best Actor at Best Supporting Actor.
“Also, couldn’t be more proud of my two leading men for bagging the Best Actor & Best Supporting Actor Awards. I’ve said this multiple times, but I feel so honored to be able to work with you two,” pahayag pa ni Heaven.
Maging ang kanilang direktor ay hindi nalilimutang pasalamatan ni Heaven.
“To tatay @direklauren throughout this whole journey you’ve been there every step of the way. I appreciate u as a boss, more so, I love u and I look up to u as my Tatay.”
Sa huli ay hinikayat ni Heaven ang lahat na patuloy na tangkilikin ang pelikulang Pinoy.
