Congress Nagsalita Na Kaugnay Ng Honeymoon Trip Ni Cong. Arjo Atayde at Maine Mendoza Sa Europe

 Kumakalat ngayon sa ilang mga social media platforms at ilang mga entertainment sites ang larawan ng kopya ng travel authority ni Quezon City 1st District Representative Arjo Atayde mula sa House of Representative.

Makikita sa nasabing photo na July 10, 2023 pa lumabas ang nasabing travel authority mula sa secretary ng lower house.

Nakasaad sa liham na authorized ang pagtravel ni Arjo Atayde sa Switzerland para i-witness ang international screening ng pelikulang Topakk sa 2023 Locarno International Film Festival, bilang Vice Chairman ng Special Committee on Creative Industry and Performing Arts at ang kanyang pagbisita sa mga Filipino communities sa Italy at Greece mula August 5-27 2023.

"This is to authorize your Honorto travel to Switzerland to witness the International screening of the movie Topakk during the 2023 Locarno International Film Festival, in your capacity as Vice Chairperson of the Special  Committee on Creative Industry and Performing Arts

"And to Italy and Greece to visit the Filipino communities on 05-27 August 2023."

Nakasaad din sa dokumento na entitled to travel tax exemption ang travel ang actor-politician.

"As such, you are entitled to travel tax exemption."

Tila ito ang ibig sabihin ni Maine Mendoza sa kanyang tweet na official ang pagtravel nila ni Arjo sa Switzerland at sa Europe dahil authorized ito bilang isang mambabatas ang kanyang mister.

Samantala, naglabas namang ng isang certification ang secretary ng House of Representative kung saan nilinaw nila na walang hininging fund si Arjo Atayde bukod sa travel tax exemption. Ito'y matapos kumalat sa social media at ilang mga entertainment platforms na ang travel nina Arjo at Maine sa ibang bansa bilang honeymoon ay ginastusan ng gobyerno.

ATAYDE, Representative, 1st District, Quezon City, was issued a Travel Authority dated 10 July 2023 to Switzerland to witness the International screening of the movie Topakk during the 2023 Locarno International Film Festival, in your capacity as Vice Chairperson of the Special  Committee on Creative Industry and Performing Arts and to Italy and Greece to visit the Filipino communities on 05-27 August 2023."

"Hon. Atayde did not request for any funding from the House of Representatives and said travel will be at his own expense."

Nauna nang inalmahan ng actress-host at misis ni Arjo Atayde na si Maine Mendoza ang isang report na aniya'y misleading at lack of context patungkol sa travel nila ni Arjo Atayde matapos ang kanilang kasal.
